It's a good thing I don't live closer to that Rose City Vintage shop. I could spend days looking at everything in that store. Great video George. Take care.
I adore Laura Caldwells finds. designer & curator
Thank u George ! 💐
Good evening, George. There looked like some really nice Nippon pieces on a shelf there. I could get into digging in a place like Bargain Town...in every area of it. I actually have that _Tarzan Mark of the Red Hyena_ Big-Little book. Had it since I was little. Wow! Your van looks loaded to the gills 😂👍 Those are the kinds of places I like to browse. Thanks for taking us along!
Oh it is down to the axles! I know I buzzed by the show footage, Jerry Cook is 70-ish, has been a dealer his whole life (his parents wrote the seminal book on Washington State artists), is super knowledgable and had a lot of great porcelain biscuit barrels I highlighted last year. My mom tried to get me to read the 1920s Tarzan hard covers, I liked the first but I missed out on the rest. I'm happy to hear you still have the book! It was sure a pile of stuff, thanks for indulging my visit and going with
I love it when you get back to the PNW. I have connections all over the place there. (My mother’s oldest sister and her family lived in Moses Lake). As always it’s great to get to go along with you to these places. Thank you! 🙏💚
@@TheAntiqueNomad You might have to get an old two-horse trailer, have solid doors made for it, and use it as extra hauling space 😂 I'd like to come across a lot of the Little Big books to rummage through. Some of the older ones really do interest me. Those kinds of places have always interested me. I used to enjoy rummaging through my grandparents old barn. There's no knowing what you might find that can be used in many different ways, in places like that. I'd have all sorts of ideas popping in my head.
@@CONSTELLATION_PEGASUS I love that too! As a kid there were lots of abandoned houses and barns in the area and we poked around them all
“ What if it turns out the Hokey Pokey IS what it’s all about”? I laughed out loud at that line ❤
Wish I could be there. Keep us updated on when you will be in Florida ❤
Found your fabulous TH-cam channel,
approx. a week ago,
and subscribed,
due to your extensive knowledge regarding vintage, and antiques pricing, and their history:
❤️ you even more now

Amazing that you put the jewelry set together again. Your knowledge is why I watch. That and the poses!
You always make me giggle when you put on a ladies hat.
What a great Thrift stores. Please Stay Safe Happy and Healthy Have A Wonderful Day
Word of the night “salacious “! Ranks right up there with “rumpus room” from a previous video!😊❤
I have cousins who live in Moses Lake. They love living there. After seeing this video, I truly need to go visit with them and go shopping. 😁 Another great video, George. Thank you!
I believe that 1920s flapper is the famouse louis brooks oh and by the way if u ever find very old photos of african Americans they r extremely valuable not to mention rare and resell likeca gem
Hi David! You are right, I only discovered her in my editing, Louise Brooks was new to me. I love doing this because I keep learning too! I do look for African American photos, have had a few good ones but nothing great
Yep, loved that lamp, my eye went right to that. Lots of fun George! Thank you.
Wow! What an organized place. Usually a place with that much salvage looks like, well, a trap dump. Crazy. Can't wait to see how it looks this year. Good luck at the sale George! I know you will fo exceptionally well!! ❤❤❤😊
Oh you came to my town!!!! I always go see Loretta! Yes this place is odd lololol. The Senior Center here is where to find treasures!
@@TheAntiqueNomadyes, I used to do some clinics in senior centers in a few obscure Idaho towns, and each of them had thrift shops built in.
OMG George, you slay me! " ...Boeing test center. I guess they have a lot of work to do." I'm dying! 😅
Your Boeing and Russia comments almost made me spit out my breakfast 🤣 I love youuuuu Uncle Professor George!!!!
LOL! Yes - The Hokey Pokey is what IT IS ALL About! - Much love to Carolyn Gage and the Lesbian Tent Revival!
I love the phrase “good from far, far from good”. The story of many of my sourcing trips heh heh.
I could stay there for days looking at everything!
Thanks for taking is all along, George.
Great video George❤
Great video
Wow, so much stuff! I am nearing the end of the living estate I've been working on(3 years!!), but it has led me to a new jewelry gig! A lot of fun, easy to ship and decent money!
With you traveling everywhere across America, I bet you do find alot of out of the way places with all sorts of items.
Happy shopping George. 😊
Great places George love the Lamp. I wish I lived closer 😀
OMG! I wish I had that place near me. The old books and magazines. Lots and lots of home remodeling and decorating. 😮😮😮
Thank you for taking us along
What a great stops George 😊

When my husband retires in 2 years this is definitely something I want to go to🎉❤
George I loved the Japanese horses pictures and the lamp yes spectacular thanks again 🦋🦋
Oh my! My dad had a desk just like that metal one you showed! If I remember correctly it was a war surplus one (he was a WWII vet).
I live in Moses Lake. I stayed following you because you were near. Bargain town is great and great people!
I'm so glad! Hopefully you can come visit us at the Spokane Custer's Antique Show this October
Thank you, George!❤❤❤
Oh my George, just love that sexy Traymore Chocolate spot! Ohlala!
Luved eagle bookends
So cool you were in Moses Lake, ... love that part of Washington. Have you ever been to Pinky's Flea Market on the same route in Almira, WA? It is a bargain. Best of luck at the Rose City sale!
Bargain Town was amazingly . I love true thrift/junk stores. I could spend the day there. I kept wondering what do they do when it does rain? Where do they put everything? 🤔
How amazing that one Jadeite bowl is that was with the black light display. I just picked up some Dragon ware creamer and sugar dish set for $5 at a thrift store. Perfect condition too, blue eyed dragons. Can't wait to see what else you run into. lol Have a great sale and safe travels
If I was one to travel, that place would be on my list!
The best thing on the store had four feet and a tail. She'd have been riding my shoulder if I had my way. The Russo-Japanese war book would be a must for Teddy Roosevelt collectors; he earned a Nobel for brokering the peace in that one. 22:07 I'd be thinking Chinese on the horses, but George could see the siggies and the frame backs.
George, when are you going to make a calendar of you wearing hats! I am sure it would sell well.
Yahoo different
Oh yes, we need more walls for art.😂
The WWI photo at 8.95 was interesting.
Hey George another great episode really enjoyed it thanks🎉 we talked once before about my Lee Reynolds painting. I like what you said about they were painted by all kinds of people because the signature I have isn't even close to that one. I know you mentioned before they were a factory painting. I would have figured they would have had one person sign up that way they all look the same. Have a great day🎉
@@chrisk7626 interesting to know! I hadn’t studied the signatures but I bet they just suggested a style
@@TheAntiqueNomad mine is like it's written so close together completely different person and about a third of the size the signature that is lol not the picture of mine's bigger than the one you showed
At 20:41 they had some Australian Brownie Downing Aboriginal wall plaques!! I wonder how they got all the way over there?? 😮😮
Hey George😊
Hi by George 😮
Now I am nervous the plates that we have is the vintage Franciscan tulip Time maybe we shouldn't use them😮
Earbobs grandma called them
❤be careful handsome
I want lamp
Don’t know if my last comment went through. I found a Van Briggle despondency vase and was wondering If I could speak to you about it.
Have Beatles yellow submarine motion lamp it's outtasite
Aaalot
How do you figure out if a Lee Reynolds signed painting is real or fake?
Love ur videos but dude, slow ur roll, I am getting dizzy! 😂❤
Yes;
I, too, prefer folks to
s l o w l y
pan their camera:
Tap ~ playback speed ~
located in the upper-righthand side of the video,
to slow it down.
The playback button is a great idea, I try to slow down when I have the time but sometimes I'm hard pressed...it takes about twice the footage you see to make a video, so it's longer than it looks

Thank you for explaining it to me, 👍

I slow-down everyone's videos,
by a notch. 🙃🙂
Laughed out loud to your Hokey Pokey joke. Thanks!
Lol
😂
I had a shirt from the Cracker Barrel that said that same thing..."What if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about".
We call it the hokey cokey in the uk, great video 😊
