Started to be a hanger on .. checking out more videos …. Such as yours . Now I got 10 or so favorites … my wife is starting to get jealous… ha ha not really . I share a few favorite videos with my grandson n granddaughter 8 n 6… we do ‘stuff ‘,,, as I did with my 3 daughters ( they all love knives ) . Often now I get them kitchen knives. ( from simple lockbacks to tactical to kitchen lol) Wow what a surprised !surgical knives! Now ‘that’ is cool / wow.
@gizmocarr3093 so cool on so many levels. This French guy was a big deal. He was a trained cutler who hung out during surgery. Then he designed knives and equipment for surgeons. They said he didn't just make surgical tools. He re-imagined them. I love having different examples of cutlery. Isn't it interesting that surgeons preferred the friction folders to slipjoints?🤔
