Thank you for your instructions, recipes and all you do. Thank you Ah Pa. If you talking on your video bothers a person, they NEED to move on. There is an audience enjoying your videos, do not become discouraged.
You're so generous with your viewers and neighbor. May God bless u! Hopefully your channel will grow in the future.
Thanks for the recipe. I cant wait to try it on the weekend! It looks very delicious. Hope your chicken stock will be on the shelves here in Australia in the future.
Also, i find it great you talk a lot in videos. The interaction, and small talk is what makes your channel interesting to viewers like myself.
Tq Ah Pa for the recipe! Salivating 😋 it's as though you could read my mind, was just wondering few days back how does economy rice seller cook their chicken curry n they usually have lots of gravy 👍🏻
BTW, have bigger bottle of chicken stock powder? Maybe pack will be good too so can refill in ur bottle again. Tq 😘
In order to keep the chicken powder fresh throughout the 6 months recommended life span, we keep the bottle to 50gm, which can last me over one month usage when i cook 5 dinners a week.
May I know what is the brand of your chicken powder tt I want to order from shoppes, please
Ohh very cool!
Ah Pa , I always got confused over parsley , coriander and cilantro . What are they called in Chinese ? For garnishing steamed fish we used cilantro ? Daun soup is parsley?
These are all different leaves, except Cilantro. Parsley - English parsley where you find it in pasta. Coriander 芫荽 in Chinese - mainly from south east Asia ingredients. Cilantro - is what UK called it, It’s the same an coriander.
And another question. From where do you also buy the coriander roots?
Buy at any groceries store, mydin lotus etc. just buy coriander or daun ketumbar then when u want to cook, just cut it from the leaf
When you buy coriander for garnishing your dishes, don't throw away the roots. : p
Yes, my followers helped to answer, buy the fresh corianders and cut off the roots
tasty and delicious curry .
Thank u
