Just focus on your English right now, so that when you pass your BSCN same time your OET is ready you only need a passport for OET, and you can start the preparation now.

Yes you can, it depends on your preparation and how good your overall English is. Just try to do some mock tests and if you are getting good marks go for it. I know many people who passed on the first try so good luck 👍
