Explorations 027 - Happy synthwave song or not? (Elektron Syntakt + Roland S-1 & J-6)

One of the genres that fascinates me, but I find hard to blend with my own style of music making, is synthwave. I've done a couple of attempts, but it never ends up the way I want to. Maybe it is one these genres I should just leave alone for my jams and just absorb as a listener. This jam ended up as this weird happy tune that isn't really synthwave, but still has a bit of a retro vibe. I don't know, what do you think?

@@geekmastermind Thanks. Yeah, maybe New Wave is a better description than Synthwave. I always struggle with genres and don’t mind my music to be in between genres 😊
