Making everything look easier than it is, nice riding. Like the commentary, only suggestion is to bring up the bike audio when not talking to better hear it.
Great video!! I have the same bike and I love it. How do you like the shock after installing the bladder kit? Also how do you like the AER forks? I run 141 psi in mine and have the clickers set on the comfy setting. I’m about 180lbs with gear. The suspension feels really good for the most part although my front end feels like it dances around a bit over the choppy, rocky stuff. I’m thinking about trying the WP 6500 kit to help smooth that out. What are your thoughts? Is it worth the extra $$ I race hare scrambles in Michigan. Thanks for any info.
Thanks! I like the air forks, I’m 185-190 with gear and run 135 psi in a comfort setting with 2 clicks faster rebound. I do know what you mean about the small chop, the faster rebound helped a bit. I actually had cone valves on my 22 XC and after trying the 23 air forks I actually sold them. Yes they were slightly better but not enough to justify the cost for me. Have fun out there!
Do you still like your pick of a 9 oz flywheel weight ? I have your same bike and i just ordered my 9oz. I seem to flame out way too much in 1-2 gear. I do have a traction disc on my clutch side that offers little benefit in stall prevention. I have big hopes for the 9oz. Iam running 14-50 gearing and it makes 3rd more sustainable for hare scramble racing. I enjoy your vids and your commentary is spot on and better than most.
Thanks for the kind words! Yes I still dig it a lot! I tried a traction disc and this is way better, didn’t have a huge problem with flame out myself, had a few here and there but now very few with the 9oz weight. Also since that video I went on a trip with some more high speed riding and didn’t notice any negative effects of the weight either. I think you’ll like it.
I checked it after I did my top end, I was hesitant to change anything as it was in spec. I’ve heard mixed things about using TPS as a “tuning tool” Bike was running great so I left it at that.
Great riding. Love the narration too. Well done. Have yet to try The Hole, will have to get it into my rotation. Cheers.
That's some seriously good riding right there... Rider is dialed!
Great run!
Great video! What a super looking riding area!
Hey great videos - cool to see the extra editing effort lol well done.
Great video
Thanks!

Good call, I’ll do that next time.
From what I’ve found, the 5.3k only makes a big difference if you are using zooms. Not very applicable to FPV riding. Great video. Subbed

Do you have any footage of when you got to try that sweet Sherco 300 4T? I've seen pics of you riding it floating around the internets.
Fake news. Some guy stole my riding gear in the parking lot…yeah that’s what happened.

Ever try that different TPS voltage?

Are you sitting while riding this whole ride?
Standing most of it.
Stock gearing?
Yup. 14/49 on the 23 XC TBI, works for me.
