I don’t believe she loves Ryan. She feels guilty and indebted to him. That’s not really love. They bonded over a traumatic experience.. Ryan was no saint in any of this. He emotionally manipulated Daisy into remaining as his only support system. Every time she tried to pull away he reminded her of the scars he had because of her. When he discovered she was Crystal instead of realising the reason why Daisy felt the need to catfish him in the first place he convinced himself that he was in love with her. Now seeing Ryan win back Crystal. It only made Daisy realise what she lost with Daniel.

The Bethany thing is just until Ryan comes back because daisy has nothing to do they have her focus on Bethany and Daniel despite her not really loving Daniel. But when Ryan comes back Daisy will be back to her senses
