kindly practise the same podcast or health talk at least two times daily morning and evening for half an hour. change the topic on the next day ... practise the topic similar way. ....write it as lecture notes......you can see a drastic change after one week.

Rub all lecture notes during the last 2minutes after getting the right answer(partA, B&C)

After getting the right answer you can just rub it if possible (during last 2minutes). Please don't write anything on the bubbling side... Just leave that area (options A, B, C)..Bubble the correct option. Never put tick marks over that...Remember, B &C PARTS will be evaluated by the computer

During the exam, we underline all the keywords with pencil. The same way we are just note down the notes as lecture note. It won't be take much time.surely you will get adequate time to rub the content... rub the lecture notes on part A, B and C
