It lacks continuity and lends itself more to Chaotic morphing of this lick with that lick with this feeling with that feeling. The combination of different styles is the musical equivalent of a schizophrenic mind. It is like trying to cross a buffalo with a pigeon.
Have to say on this capture I’d agree with you for most of the vid except brief moments - now their ‘Dance in the Desert’ from Bonnaroo and ‘14 Carat Mind > Lose Your Mind’ recording from a couple weeks back that’s some amazing playing and their basically synced up the whole way through.
