Just chant hare krishna maha mantra, read his books, associate with devotees and preach the words of Lord Chaitanya Maha Prabhu, so that more souls can find their way back home, it is such a privilege to be a devotee. It means one who has received Krishnas mercy, so much so that your benediction has been set. Krishna loves his devotees.
Proof-reading was my first service at Brazilian BBT, back in 1987, when I was just a happy brahmacari 😊. When I arrived, we were editing SB 4 Canto ... when I left BBT we were editing 12 Canto 🌹
Srila Prabhupada was so productive, at almost 80 years old, that his thousands of young disciples could barely manage to keep up with his pace: See how there were more markers on the Srila Prabhupada section of that board than there were on any of the other sections? All glories to Srila Prabhupada! =)
This is the service I did when we were at the Brooklyn Temple in New York, over on Tiffany Place. Myself, and several other devotees, would listen to these tapes like this, and we'd use those "selectric" typewriters, to type on, while we listened to these tapes with earphones. I'm not familiar with the place in this video...we worked at that press on Tiffany Place. This was in the early 70's. The building wasn't near as fancy as this one in the video, but it was definitely Vaikuntha.

In a conversation I had in 1969 with Swami Bhaktivedanta ...he told me that he was disgusted that Indira Gandhi was at the time prime minister of India ...for he thoughts was that woman where inferior....he said something like "What a world we live in that a woman is prime minister " I am so happy that I got deprogram from that way of think ....now my daughter is in charge of a company with 300 employees ..I am so pround of her .....I hope the ISKCON will purge all of A.C.B books ..of all the sexist stupid remarks .

I don't think that a person who wrote commentaries on Geeta in which the Lord is saying to be free from bodily conceptions and think of everyone as soul no matter it would be from ant to elephant would say such racist stuff. Yes, only read Śrīla Prabhupāda's original unedited books. i.e pre-1978. That is what he authorized and read from.
