I have some questions for which i am unable to get answer for any of those as of now so plzz answer these questions:
1) from scikit-learn we import many things like onehotencoder,xgboost,randomforestclassifier,regressor etc is there is a need to learn how these implementations are done or just knowing the theory is enough??
2)in the same way in tensorflow we import many models like mobile v2.net , and we are training these models but can't we built from base?
