So Misery is still a bit of an enigma, as for rain apparently she's a genuine genius. And being lazy while doing certain tasks is a quirk that geniuses have, especially if it's something they view as boring. Great episode, LB, I like diving into the characters that weren't in the spotlight all that often especially lovable characters like Rain and Misery who are cute in their child like way of thinking, Misery being the voice of reason and Rain being the tomboyish trouble maker. Rain and Missry aren’t power type characters compared to Carrera, Diablo or Guy (I mean, “Nameless and no body” Blanc defeated Demon Peer Rain, with a body and name. And since misery has no feats on screen, Rain would be second weakest of the 7). But still, she has tons of screentime on vol 19 and Clayman Revenge spin-off and she is fun, that’s her strong point. She is similar to Rimuru in some ways, luck being on their side and such and being considered geniuses. That’s why she is so loved by the fandom
