Awe, i love my Leo friends, too. My best Leo friend saved my life years ago. She has no idea how much she means to me. She's in Tasmania, which is too bad for us. She's my soul sister and the only friend that i have that loves the animals in the same way that i do. She sent me a deck of tarot cards and a book when i had just gotten home from a long hospital stay in a coma. That small gesture saved me. It wasn't right away. I wasn't in the head space to start my tarot journey for a few months, but i sat and looked at the gifts and really appreciated the fact that she sent them to me. The tarot literally saved me. Once i picked it up, i couldn't put it down, and it was helping me to understand myself and come to grips with what i had just been through. We met in kind of a strange way. I've had random names that repeat in my head and always just tried to block out. My psychiatrist thought it was OCD so i just tried to stop letting the names repeat. Anyway, as i was talking with her, i decided to just ask her about the name that wouldn't shut up in my head, and she was a bit shocked. It was years ago, but i remember the name Cooper wouldn't stop. It was the first time i thought to just say the name that repeats. It was the name of her boyfriends son who recently died. I was in complete shock myself. Then i was getting images of her horse and told her about him, and then i was seeing her mom and described her clothes and what she looked like. I can still see her. white flowing button-down shirt tucked in and jeans. She said her mum always wore white shirts and jeans. She is the only person I've ever done this with. It just came very easy to me. That's why she sent me that tarot cards, she thought it could benefit me. She knew better than i did. So yeah, my leo sister is amazing. She's a very shy leo, very different from my other Leo friend who is wild and loves the spotlight and is honestly pretty self-centered, but she's fun and can be deep. I met her just days after her mom died, too, and she really needed me as much as i needed her. She was fun to run around with. She was always down to explore. We were good stoner buddies, lol. The girl has a set of lungs and can sing! She's very good and has the capabilities to really do something if she chose to. She does focus on herself a lot, which is very different from my other Leo friend who's always asking me how i am. Both are unique and beautiful people. I guess with leo being my aquarius counterpart just works for me. I have zero placements in Leo. God was too busy filling me with air. My girlfriend that's living in Tasmania just noticed my deck of tarot cards on my desk and asked about them because she saw the infinity symbol, and 8 is her lucky number. She loved the back of your deck. I sent her a link to your site, but it looks like you're sold out. I told her a smaller deck might be coming down the line at some point. I'd love to surprise her with it. I think she'd love the guidebook, too, which i understand she can download and read. Im ashamed to say that i just started reading 2 nights ago. I've had the deck since January or February of last year. The book went in a stack of other books, and there the little treasure sat. I remember reading the first couple of pages, so i started over from the beginning, and it really was better timing for me to soak it in. Im going through some things, and it's been good for me to read. You're a great writer! You write like how you speak. Im someone who has a narrator when i read. I thought everybody had a narrator until recently when i discovered only about 30% of people do. My husband does not hear his voice in his head while reading. That blew my mind. If i know the voice of someone, then i read it in their voice. You're a great narrator, too 😂.
20:40 I believe Leos are often misunderstood, well from my own experience. What I wanted to add is....we are being supported by a higher realm when needed, when jealousy trying to bring us down just because the way Leonies are ....grace, different, creative, honest etc. I know I have full support, I know. Our path is not that easy, it is because we are the centre of attention. I have a scorpio rising and I love this combo.
You have such an easy listening voice and depth of tone in all the words you speak, brought me fantasising about audible books based on your voice! I'm a Leo sun, Cancer moon and Taurus rising . Emotional distanced mother was so hard for me. You had me crying on that one 😭. I'm into bellyance and love performing, but I am so shy that it's a struggle for me. I'm also a natural advocate for others. I've always been able to use my experiences to help others. I've been a victim advocate for victims of sexual assault and DV. I'm certified as a peer counselor for mental health and substance abuse. My motivation behind doing that is not for my own ego, but to help others through something I've had experiences with myself and make it easier for them. The Repeating back to someone to show interest or caring is a skill we learned in Peer counselor training, it's a great skill that any sign will benefit from. Also just asking questions back makes people feel heard. You hit the nail on the head with imposter syndrome I never feel like I'm good enough, but I want to be the best at it. When I started dance it was so hard for me to be okay with just learning and not being good at it lol. I've been spending the last few years after getting sober figuring myself out. After what feels like 2 decade's of suppressing myself. It's such a journey. I hate being fake though and that makes it hard when performing live and especially being filmed. I've been told to embrace my Leo side so Ican thrive in the spotlight. I'm very attracted to successful people, but not celebrities necessarily, my thoughts are I have drive , and I love it when others do and go for what they want! I've watched many videos about Leo that don't come close to the depth, sensitivity, and layers that you've provided here. I'm an introverted Leo (and enneagram number 5). I feel that much of that introversion can be traced to childhood but also very likely threads back through previous lives. You don't get as much introversion as I have from just the present lifetime. Anyway, thanks for your the depth of your perceptions and little tidbits of sensitively delivered advice. I feel this sign is one of the most misunderstood.
Im a Leo, rising Leo and sun in Leo and moon in Aries. I resonate with everything you said especially about my mother I struggled so much to seek her love I tried my best to be good in school and win competitions in creative writing just to get her attention but she always preferred my Pisces sister even tho she failed school etc I always felt unloved by her and was my biggest childhood trauma, growing up I accepted that’s how it is and no matter how good I can do in life to impress her she will never appreciate it. I even showered her with gifts and flowers never appreciated ( she’s a Sagittarius ).
Hey Goliath! I have about 4 Leo's in my life. My mom, my son, my son in-law and my 4 month old grandson. They are all unique individuals and all have special kinds of things about them. And yes sometimes I do have to deal with the not so good parts but that's just a part of life with Leo's. ☺️

From my limited experience the dark sided leo female is way worse than a dark sided leo male maybe i have yet to experience a dark male leo , knocked on wood with that .those leo females are a force to be reckoned with . They can over talk anyone and if you try to overtalk them you will end up looking a fool especially if your a virgo rsing aries sun like myself , wheew these women are a handful !
