Their data is shoddy. I work with a data broker and I can tell you what they are doing is unsustainable. They are likely not above board and are either violating their data brokers Terms of Use and not being CCPA compliant or they have assimilated old data and giving it to other users who are requesting it which leads to very low accuracy over time.

Try out the data yourself, it's updated every month and highly accurate! Really the problem, and why this appears unsubstainable, is previously companies (ourselves includes) just used a bad business model for our customers. We don't need to nickle and dime people to make a few bucks off data. We'd rather (and hope) this strategy wins over customers even if it's at a slight loss for us in the long term.

But then you go on to admit you really have no clue for sure if their data is bad but you are guessing it is because you think there pricing is unsustainable. I take you on your word on your experience. But do you really think they would gamble the entire company on a gimmick? They aren’t struggling. The risk reward ratio would be so bad. Considering all that I’m more apt to believe they have figured out a way to be the first to do the inevitable and offer good data for free. I’m not affiliated with them by the way lol. If you have more detailed information on the topic I would like to hear.

I've used propstream and I haven't had much luck. Almost everything is out of date and the data isn't accurate at all. I haven't tried batchleads yet.
