Tony's not stealing the powers he's taking inspiration from them. Some of these aren't stealing either because using a shield is not something new that only Captain America uses. He's learning from mistakes, battles he's lost, and taking inspiration from thinking that could help in the future. Also, this shows how powerful he is, he can take something and do it and improve it. Huge flex!

Shield in endgame was not actually copied from Wakanda shields. Tony wasn't there in Infinity war. I think that shield is copied from Doctor Strange's shields.
