I'm a little disappointed some of that nuance is gone, but still very excited to take up arms again. I loved Chiv and Mirage, and am ready for some more action.

They are still arguably a better choice in the long term, Malric done uprooted the old-time nobility, meaning that Agatha might be well on its way to end feudalism in a few generations.

Agatha loyalists stand for power of arrogant noblility and hypocritical clergy. Masons have shattered their world of birthright and privilege so Masons are the correct choice.

Was sort of hoping the Tenosian Kingdoms would have taken advantage of the civil war between Agatha and the Mason Order to invade. Seeing as there isn't a story mode or a story based coop planned what is there that will make players want to play Chivalry 2?
Took them 8 months to release this trailer, if its anything like their work on the original game which i purchased first month this will be a let down.

It does not and will not have a story mode. Confirmed by devs on offical discord. The lore is the story behind the war.
