There are so many benefits that I couldn’t fit them all but hopefully this inspires you guys. For 1-1 coaching, email me here: frommeatheadtomeatless@gmail.com
I am resonating soooo much with this video!! It is so inspiring to see such a healthy and fit person on this journey! This is so motivating and encouraging!!
Appreciate the info about your experience and respectful approach as expressed in the intro. I eat a fairly non processed animal based diet (meat, organs, veggies, fruit, honey, fish, eggs, chicken, white rice etc). Prior to this way of eating I didn’t include fruit, honey, or vegetables and I felt horribly bloated and lethargic! There is lots of utility in high-quality, organic plant foods.
Thanks for the kind words and I'm glad to hear you're feeling better! There are so many nutrients found exclusively in plants, telling people to stop eating them completely not only goes against all science but I think it's very dangerous long term.
Thank you and that's so awesome. Knowledge is power so as long as you educate yourself I'm sure you'll be enjoying the benefits of this lifestyle for a long time.
Im not raw vegan yet, but i know i will be. I just honestly dont know where to start. I steam all my veggies, and cut out nearly all dark meat, however for skincare i noticed tallow is gold standard, but im very open to new research. I am getting into meal prep and i like seeing my gains and how my body feels on coconut water (i live in the Caribbean so we get the real stuff DIRECT ) I have noticed my aging is slowing down but i know it can always be kicked up a notch. I think besides going raw 2 times a week, fasting is a HUGE way to clear out the senescent cells... I like this guy
Tofu isn't magic at all I promise you. Once I went raw, my body actually started looking better, as well as my skin. I don't recommend any extreme versions of raw though. It's important to eat lots of fruit and lots of veggies. Some people skimp on the veggies part.

What are you guys struggling with on a raw vegan or high raw diet?
Tala about a weight gain protocol for a skinny guy tying to follow a raw diet.

This was a great video. I have heard of other people who have done raw vegan and experienced similar things.
Thanks Henry, and yea so many people thrive more than they ever have on this lifestyle.

My brother ☝️ is the youngest looking raw vegan I know. Keep it up 👍. Proofs in the pudding and in the blue zones places and the statistics.

Thank you for sharing! One step at a time.
You look great! I want to go raw but I don’t know how to build muscle without tofu
