• DIY Drift Trike Build ...
All inspiration has come from the legend Mr Colin Furze.... With Lockdown very much here and showing no signs of going, in the words of Mr Furze himself...... "If you want to build a project but you don't know what to build.... BUILD THIS!"
Short series of the drift trike build, no real set designs or plans used, more of a wing it approach to see how we get on.... will share the good bits and the bad bits alike. We are using a 125cc lifan pit bike engine and sections of 3mm mild steel box section.
Any questions just leave me a comment!
Enjoy!

This looks insanely good fun. I've just ordered an axle kit and an engine!
You won't regret it.... Such a fun build and an even more enjoyable drive
Hey, great project. Did you have trouble kick starting the engine with the frame getting in the way? Cheers
Hey, thank you! It isn't the easiest as the seat does get in the way even though I have added the extension bar. If they weren't out of stock I would of got an electric start, or fabricate a handle that comes out in front to the right of the engine and do a hand pull start lever.
Fortunately it doesn't need a lot to kick it over and starts effortlessly.... Even with just my toes on the kick start lever 🤣😂🤣
@@joelpalmer6869 Nice 1, cheers for that. Looks great 👍👍👍
