This ban also took place around the same time there were bans before thrown out left and right because of hate raids.

She warned the guy despite not being aware of twitch rules. It was mostly his fault here. Matsuri was fine and didnt break any rules or tos on her end. She simply helped someone break tos on another platfrom (Twitch).
And she was feeling responsible, apoligized for it and explained to her viewers the situation. What else does she have to do? Remember that this was not her idea.
Its not even anti for stating the obvious, shes obviously BSing for the most part, just some damage control, and the way she tries to pin all blame to the guy when she's in on it all long, its not even anything new, Matsuri being a hoe, but the way she tries to act innocent about it just revolting to say the least.
