Depending on where they live she's still getting half the house and joint custody of the kids. Courts don't care if people cheat anymore. They split it 50/50 and the innocent party gets screwed every time.
How would she get half the house her name isn't on it? He said he purchased the house so I assume he didn't put her name on it bc he knew she was cheating, plus I assume she also hasn't gotten mail there so i don't think she can.
@@Lilsexylit in a community property state? You can't even open up a bank account without your spouse's signature. Same goes for auto, home, and life insurance. Community property states require permission of spouse for any financials. Divorce in a community property state is also oh so fun. Lol

Doesn’t matter if her name is on it or not. They are married so it belongs to both of them. My now ex wife tried to kick me out of our apartment claiming her name was the only one on the lease. Cops came and told her that didn’t matter because we were married.

I was once accused of cheating. His brother wanted me for himself. I rejected his brother. His brother got angry and said he caught me with another man. My ex dumped me. Literally the next day the his brother sends me flirty messages. I sent them to my ex. Who all of a sudden wanted me back. But after being dumped before I could explain anything I realised I didn't want to be with someone who had no faith in me and would break up in a heart beat.
