    I am so incredibly intrigued by this sport and I can’t wait to start! My yard doesn’t have large enough trees, and this is absolutely brilliant. I even have loads of junk around that I can use - including old bicycle wheels! Thank you so much for sharing this. Cheers!

    This is the best video ever made, in my opinion. I love it 🎉

    I am very blessed. I never stayed at home, never wore mask , never distanced , never followed floor stickers , never saw one dead body . It's all a lie . If I lived where you are I dont know what would happen to me. So ... it is good I am blessed.

      Maybe you would've reigned in your selfishness and the time sat indoors would've given you a chance to see that it's not "all a lie". I know 2 people under the age of 50 who've died of Covid, my best friend had to be put in respirator at hospital for a week, and several other friends have had long covid, including some friends who also didn't believe in covid. I hope you get it, and I hope you get a bad one too. Moron. To think that because you've not been affected by something, that something isn't real. Do you believe in the plague? HIV? E-coli? SARS? The holocaust?.. Or they're also not true because they didn't impact you?

    I never expected a professional company to share such sketch. What happens if the wheel breaks and the sharp edges cut a through your spanset?

      thanks for bringin in the thought. the spanset is pulling from the center of the wheel. therefore the force spreads out on the whole surface of the wheel. And i expect the metal to bend first before it breaks and since its compressed into dirt it doesent have much room to bend and the dirt connects all the small pieces together like steel does in concrete. As i mentioned in the video i dont suggest this for high tension tricklines. This is just a DIY solution , because our professional Solution - the groundscrew is sold out at the moment. If you dont trust the wheel you can still use a big piece of wood.

    rent a tool from your local hardware store called an Earth Auger. It is a small gasoline powered drilling machine. You will be done in 15 minutes. Happy Quarantine.

    Won't this rot fast?

    • @gibbonized
      @gibbonized  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It should last quite a while (a few years easily), of course it is not the optimum solution. The goal of the video was to show how can we use what we find, especially in those times of quarantine. A much better option would be our ground screws for example.

      thats why i used the bike wheel, the wood is an alternative option, but it rots very slowly. I would give it 2 Years or more.

    You can use your hands if you don't have a shovel or bucket
