We know that the universal requirement to celibacy was imposed upon the clergy with force in the 12th century; in relation to 'Postcolonial studies and Theology', is clerical celibacy or celibate life of ministerial priesthood in the Roman Catholic Church a fruit of 'colonial or postcolonial thinking?
