I have mare who does this and everytime she does it I back her up and spin her in a circle it's been helping! You just wanna make sure your horse has a comfortable bit so it's not causing pain. Some horses do it if there in pain or they just don't like being taken control of with the bit my mare is that way.😊 hope this helps!
