It is absolutely free to be nice but it's easier to be mean why is that. I wonder if it's when you're growing up through your teen years the testosterone is just too much it makes everyone certifiably insane because at a younger age I was kind of mean as I got older I taught myself to be nicer have some empathy compassion sympathy wasn't easy but I think doing the right thing most of the time is harder but more rewarding. And I don't mean rewarding as in like you get a reward from something it's you get a reward from in yourself knowing that you did the right thing

News media outlets tend to copy each other to try to “get the scoop” first. It is their revenue stream. With so many choices the public can pick the news they like, whether or not the source is accurate, so they unwittingly are not exposed to balanced information. If their main news source tends to paint a more negative picture, that’s where they get their point of view, unfortunately. Critical thinking is essential so we don’t get manipulated into thinking things are a certain negative way when they’re not….

The "stray" dogs sleeping in public, high traffic urban settings are pretty obvious staged fakery. For one, they're awfully clean, healthy looking, not begging for food, just totally nonchalant about people walking by.... the way a pet dog feeling safe with owner nearby behaves. Two, they're alone. Long term urban stray dogs live in packs, and really aren't a thing almost anywhere in the developed world; there aren't feral dog populations like there are cats. Beyond all that- NO animal, except a some pets and then only when they feel safe (i.e., not strays) sleeps alone in busy public spaces outside. When have you ever seen a sleeping animal in person, in a city, that's not a pet with their person? Only stray people do that, not stray pets or wild animals.
And on that note, for all the oohing and ahhing, and tears for the (fake) stray dogs, and isn't it great how someone put a blanket on it; why not give a blanket to the human you see sleeping outside in the cold? Why not feed feed them? Save the tears, and instead offer something useful to someone who really needs it, and unlike pets staged for a video gimmick, actually exists.
And if you can't bring yourself to care about humans, only other suffering animals, at least focus on the real versions of those. In the case of dogs, those with abusive owners are where your tears belong. Donate to ASAPCA or other animal welfare groups instead of posting feels about videos.

This is why communities need to have well funded animal shelters with good animal rescue programs. This is a community wide service that benefits everyone, and it is service that no one can provide for themselves. This is why they must be funded by taxes, and they must be well funded in order to work. Plus having well funded animal services provides good paying jobs for community members too. It is a win-win. Communities just have to vote for politicians that will prioritize tax spending on community services like this. Otherwise you will have homeless pets. And homeless pets threaten the whole community. They can become, sick, diseased, violent, they can interfere with traffic, run around at parks, or school playgrounds. They can harass people out walking their dogs. Some of these animals are very friendly, some are not. They can also carry ticks, flee, rabies. This list goes on. People just need to be responsible for pets, and you need pet rescues programs and animal shelters in order to do this. This is not just the humane thing to do for these animals, it absolutely essential for a safe environment for humans too! I have helped multiple lost or homeless animals that I have discovered in need of help. Mostly I have found stray dogs running around. But my kids discovered 12 baby ducks trapped in a storm drain once, while they were walking home from school. In the city where I used to live, all you had to do was call the local police, and they would send an animal control officer to you. They would scan the animal for a chip on the spot. If they discovered who the owner was, they would then deliver the pet to its owner. If no owner was discovered, then they would take the animal to a local animal shelter, where it would be taken care of, get shots and basic medical care, until its owners were found or until it was ready for temporary foster care, or adoption. In the new city where I live, I was horrified to discover the animal services here are basically nonexistent. I learned this after I discovered a lost kitten, in a bush in a Walgreens parking lot, next to two busy streets. I called the local police and asked for animal control, told me they didn’t have an animal control officer! But they gave me a number for a county animal shelter. When I called them, they didn’t answer to phone or return my calls for a few days, then they just told me they didn’t accept cats! (What the hell!). I called another animal shelter all they would do was vaccinate, neuter/spay and release cats. But I had to make an appointment that was a week out. (This was a kitten! It couldn’t be homeless on the streets by itself! It would get eaten alive! Honestly how cruel can you be! This was so inhumane). So I kept the kitten for a few weeks. He was the most wonderful, sweet kitten and I loved him, but my husband is extremely allergic to cats, so it was a really rough few weeks. I finally got the kitten an appointment at a humane society, (thank goodness!), but the appointment was two weeks away, and I had to drive 30 minutes to take him there. Luckily I am able to drive this distance, but many community members aren’t. This is not how animal rescue programs should work! What should have been a 15-20 minute ordeal on my part turned into several weeks of crying, frustration, and Hell. It was awful! So yeah, just get well funded animal shelters, with well paid staff and animal control officers. Our communities already have the tax revenue to fund these programs. There are just public leaders who don’t care enough to prioritize it. Enough people have to care, speak up, educate, and VOTE to get these programs.

I bathed the poor baby and took him to his new home, calming him the whole way. he's now happy, healthy and living his best life. I saved a kitten myself back in summer. I was out mowing the lawn on our riding mower, and then off to my right about a foot or two away I see this little kitten blindly stumbling out of the bushes in front of our house. I immediately got my parent's attention and we brought the little guy inside, because we have _a lot_ of hawks and similar predators in the area who'd all too happily make a meal of the helpless little guy. He was so young that his eyes hadn't even fully opened yet. When we finally got in touch with a rescue outfit that could take him (he was too young for us to properly care for him), they estimated that he was only 9 days old. We found no sign of his mother or any siblings either, so they took him in and he has long since been adopted.

🪐THE GOSPEL OF THE WORD OF ALMIGHTY GOD "the last age in which God is saving man from the imminent destruction of this old world"
(How many beings are there living and multiplying in the vast expanse of the universe, repeatedly following the law of life, according to the same unchanging rule, those who die are brought to destruction the living, and those who are have dead. So mankind cannot help but ask themselves: why are we alive? And why do we even have to die? Humanity does not know who is supreme of all things in the whole universe much more than He does not know the beginning and the future of humanity. Mankind lives only compulsory, in the midst of this law. No one can escape it and no one can change it, because in the midst of all things and in the heavens there is only one who is from eternity to eternity who holds dominion over all things. Yet He is the one who breathed the ancestors of humanity and gave life to humanity. He holds power over all things and rules all living creatures under the universe. And He calls wind, frost, snow, and rain. He laid down the heavens and the earth. His work is everywhere, His power is everywhere, His wisdom is everywhere and His authority is everywhere. Each of these laws and rules is a representation of His work, and each of them reveals His wisdom and authority-who can free themselves from His power? All things exist under His eye, and more than this, all things live under His great power. There is no doubt that your destiny depends on God's providence, and there is no doubt that God will always possess supreme power over all things.)
      Almighty God says
“HOW many BEINGS are there LIVING and MULTIPLYING in the vast EXPANSE of the UNIVERSE, REPEATEDLY FOLLOWING the LAW of LIFE, ACCORDING to the SAME UNCHANGING RULE, THOSE who DIE are BROUGHT to DESTRUCTION the LIVING, and THOSE WHO are ALIVE REPEAT the SAME TRAGIC HISTORY of THOSE who HAVE DEAD. So MANKIND cannot HELP but ASK THEMSELVES: WHY are we ALIVE? ☀️🙏
And WHY do WE even have to DIE?
      WHO really RULES this WORLD?
And WHO really CREATED this HUMANITY?
Was HUMANITY really CREATED by MOTHER NATURE?
Does HUMANITY really CONTROL its own DESTINY? ....
HUMANITY does NOT KNOW who is SUPREME of ALL THINGS in the WHOLE UNIVERSE much MORE than He does NOT KNOW the BEGINNING and FUTURE of HUMANITY. MANKIND LIVES only COMPULSORILY, in the MIDST of this LAW. NO ONE can ESCAPE it and NO ONE can CHANGE it, BECAUSE in the MIDST of all THINGS and in the HEAVENS there is ONLY ONE who is from ETERNITY to ETERNITY who HOLDS DOMINION over ALL THINGS. 🙏
He is the ONE WHO has NEVER been SEEN by MAN, the ONE WHO has NEVER been KNOWN by MANKIND, who in His EXISTENCE has NEVER been BELIEVED by MANKIND. Yet He is the ONE who BREATHED the ANCESTORS of HUMANITY and GAVE LIFE to HUMANITY. He who SUPPLY and HEALTHY HUMANITY for its EXISTENCE, and GUIDES HUMANITY UNTIL the PRESENT TIME, He is the ONLY ONE WHO EXPECTS HUMANITY for LIFE. 🙏
He HOLDS POWER OVER ALL THINGS and RULES ALL LIVING CREATURES UNDER the UNIVERSE. He commands the four seasons. And He calls wind, frost, snow and rain. He gives sunshine to mankind and He also brings night. He laid down the heavens and the earth. Provides man with mountains, lakes and rivers. 🙏
And of the living things within them. His WORK is EVERYWHERE, His POWER is EVERYWHERE, His WISDOM is EVERYWHERE and His AUTHORITY is EVERYWHERE. Each of these laws and rules is a representation of His work, and each of them reveals His wisdom and authority---WHO CAN FREE THEMSELVES from His POWER? And who can remove themselves from His designs? ALL THINGS EXIST UNDER His EYE, and MORE than THIS, ALL THINGS LIVE UNDER His GREAT POWER. His work and and His power compels mankind to RECOGNIZE the TRUTH that He REALLY EXISTS and He is the SUPREME POWER OVER ALL THINGS. Nothing but Him can rule the universe, the more it can provide unceasingly to this humanity. It doesn't matter if you can recognize God's work, and it doesn't matter if you believe in God's existence. There is NO DOUBT that YOUR DESTINY DEPENDS on GOD'S PROVIDENCE, and there is NO DOUBT that GOD will ALWAYS POSSESS SUPREME POWER OVER ALL THINGS." 🙏

I live in a world of good people. Then while we were having coffee in town the waitress came to tell us that she had good news. She had been accepted into Uni and was going to start in a week's time. She needed to have SOMEONE to share her excitement. I am very fit but I come from the country. On a tram it jerked and I lost my balance a bit. Immediately a person stood up and offered me the seat. I was embarrassed because I just needed to learn the tram. Yet a stranger from another city didn't hesitate to offer me help.
