I had to repent while listening to this sermon - things have gotten to me and made me "dull" and a little numb - I repented and asked the Lord to restore to me the joy of my salvation. Thank God for this Pastor - always speaks the truth!

I've always wanted to hear a sermon on backsliding and never found one so pointed. I was backslidden for a few years. I'm still learning from it. God redeemed that time of my life though. I'm the same, but also quite different now. As a result, all my childhood friendships were left behind. I learned about the folly of becoming emotionally enmeshed in idolozing people. I learned to recognize the boundary between where I stop and other people start. The most important thing I took away from the experience is that God's promises and His love for us are like a blanket covering us - even when we don't feel it or fully understand how. Now, I put my hand to the plow and pray for God's grace that I don't turn back. I'm thankful for the lessons, but would prefer never to go through something like that again. Thank you for being honest, Pastor Jack.

Thank you for sharing part of your testimony. I backslid and tried suicide 3 times before I believed how much God loves me and want to teach me His ways. Ever since I started reading and studying the Bible on my own and going to Bible studies, God has blessed with many believers who pray and walk with me along side Jesus. I am learning more and more about the plans God wants to work in my life, and how to more easily bring everybody I meet a little closer to Jesus.
Today is the day of salvation.
Thank you Lord God for a quiet peaceful heart to make your home in this temple. I am redeemed and loved and you are the first love. Purity, holiness and washed.

i had few of those people and one thing i am always watching is the love of christ in them. to many of them don’t have that and they know bible better then you. so always watch out for that in people.

I have to repent every night
What if you were saved young and then fell away in teens early twenties (20 yrs ago) lived immoral for years. Came back and was married and have been back in church since then. Am I doomed? I would not sin now easily but then I did.
How can Someone gleen so much from the Word Of YHWH, and still ignore the TRUE Sabbath of the 7th day, and observe It not .... baffles the mind....

What do you say to the doctors, nurses, policemen, nursing home workers, hospitals workers, do you close the hospitals and nursing homes, airports, etc? 6 day’s work and 1 day of rest.
Here’s something that will blow your mind. What day is it since the end of creation for God? Why it’s his sabbath rest which continues since end of creation. So here it comes; it doesn’t matter which day of the week you set aside for worship of the Lord as all days are within God’s sabbath rest. Now you can put aside this argument and enter his rest at anytime. Isn’t Gods Grace Amazing.
Jesus embraced the sinners and those in need during his ministry on earth. The only ones Jesus chastised were the religious leaders who were shoving legalism on the people at every turn in their lives. Each and every day is to be lived and in obedience to the honor of God and His son Jesus Christ- Jesus is the new covenant and as Jesus said the two greatest commandments were to love God with all your heart and your neighbor as yourself. Don’t you think if we honored those two commandments we would all be in a better place and our world would look so different🙏🏻

I have been subscribed to this channel and to pastor Jack's teachings for a few years, but I have noticed recently not as many posts from him showing up on my feed.

Did not come to Abolish but to FULFILL = When Rabbis/Jewish teachers taught God's Word correctly (Interpreted), then they FULFILLED it. If they did not interpret God's Word correctly, then they Abolished it.
How does he know when believers and nonbelievers are going to church though?
How did Jack get this so wrong? It's such a bummer. The scripture is referring to Jews who after " received the truth " went back to atoning for their sins by sacrificing animals. Meaning they believed the "truth" then recounted on it, and went back to atoning for their sins in the "old ways". FOR THEM their remains no more a sacrifice for sins! Why? Because they rejected ( Jesus Christ the only sacrifice for sins ) and went back to trying to atone for their sins through the blood of bulls and rams. FOR THEM their remains no more sacrifice for sins! WHY? Because they rejected the only sacrifice for sins, and that is shown by the fact that they went back to sacrificing bulls and rams to atone for their sins, which can never wash away sin.
If you think this scripture means that if you go out and get drunk, or get high, or do whatever, EVEN ON PURPOSE, then you have misunderstood the scripture! And Jack...it seems has misunderstood it too. Although he started of well, he fell back into basically telling you, " if you sin willfully then your damned "! Well that's just not true! This is for the Jews who were at first believing the Gospel, but then rejecting the one and only sacrifice Jesus Christ! And by the way ALL SIN is willful! All sin! This is referring to the fact that if you "know the truth" which is Jesus Christ and reject HIM, and continue to sin, then FOR YOU their is no more sacrifice for sin! I can not believe he got it so wrong!
Their is a group of people who pray everyday at the Sametime in the same Direction to the same "god?" We need to organize together as tHE CHURCH!

I have a question. Why would an apostate go to church if he or she turned their back on God and totally doesn't believe? Maybe my understanding is off
Virtue signalling. Ticking the box of religious practice. Or ... straight out trying to infiltrate the people of God with deception and evil intent. There's loads of psychopaths out there ... they fly under the radar, but they're easy to spot if you know what to look for. Research red flags for psychopaths on TH-cam. Beware of those who flatter, for a start. Satan's demons operate within the church ... it's one of their favorite places to hang out.
God is tugging at the heart, tapping him/her on the shoulder, pursuing that person. Pray for those people who are among you while in church. He brought me back, and will get through to some of those as well.

Great question. I would say any Bible teaching pastor would say yes bc your body is a temple of God, however I think Christians must be very careful - the same accusation of sin must therefore be applied to every single believer who is overweight, or who ingests anything deemed unhealthy - ie fast food, processed foods etc… all unhealthy, cause sickness and disease. I personally believe none of these things are mind-altering or lead to altered behaviors as a result and therefore do not equate to sin in the Biblical context. Alcohol and drugs, on the contrary, affect the mind and can rise to level of drunkenness and debauchery that the Bible warns against. Take heart! Do not allow pastors condemning smoking to condemn your relationship with God. Everyone uses sometimes unhealthy means to cope with life - food, smoking, excessive tv watching, laziness, etc. do not let legalism condemn you. Go directly to Jesus for conviction on this.

Peter having trouble understanding Paul. Was the Gospel of Grace, saved by grace through Faith in the Death BURIAL and resurrection of Jesus christ. Peter taught jews they were to be baptized, circumcised, repent, and go to temple worship!! Paul's Gospel, 1st Corinthians 15;1-4..Roman's 10;9-13..ephesians 2;8-9-10..galatians 1;6-12..Roman's 16:25. Peter didn't understand this until the end of his life. Hebrews was written primarily to the Jews. All scripture is for our learning but not all for our Doctrine. Roman's through philemon is our Doctrine!! Jesus only dealt with jews in his earthly ministry, except for two occasions, the cannanite woman in Mathew 15:21--. And the Roman centurion in Luke 7..! Mathew 10:1-10. Told his deciples to go to jews only! Ephesians 2:11-12.
