Z Broly is a weird subject for me. From a villain standpoint i love him. It's like the same feeling brought by Saiyan Saga Vegeta, another saiyan with overwhelming power, but amplify the dread to unimaginable levels since instead of just barely being able to keep up, you can't match the guy at all. Unfortunately thats another reason i don't like him. Besides the ludicrously stupid backstory, his overwhelming power also makes the way he's beaten feel dumb. and don't even get me started on second coming and bio broly. He suffers from GT syndrome, great idea, horrible execution. I've said for years Broly can be fixed and should be fixed, his popularity made him worth a better story then he got. and Super did just that. Super Broly is all the things we loved about Z Broly, and none of the things we hated. Kudos Super

yeah in the heroes first episode at the very least, xeno goku doesn't lose to goku blue. he has a brief beam struggle with him that he manipulates to try and break out of the prison planet and ultimately nullifies. the only character we've seen nullify energy that casually before is beerus.
