Doing such a big tour, 42 cities, for sure would take a toll on their bodies and mental health. I can't say that it was "great" to watch this documentary given the topic and Dabin's struggles but it served to show how much you don't know what goes on behind the scenes as you've said. Ian also said that he doesn't remember most of the last half of the tour because he was switching alters and blacking out all the time because of his DID. He also recently said he will be touring this year again and I would love to see him in my country again since I didn't manage to see them when they came but I'm kind of worried to be honest. I hope also that Dabin will find peace in his own company and get his money back through the lawsuit. Anyway really liked your reaction!
I remember seeing a couple of online rants from international fans when the Regime Tour Seoul Finale happened. The Finale had a longer setlist, more dance numbers especially for Dabin, and even signed merch as gifts for those in the VIP section. Of course, it was the final show of the tour so it had to be grand. When Ian did a chat with fans, someone brought it up how different the Seoul finale was from the world tour itself. He then revealed that he barely was involved in the decision-making for the world tour and was much more hands-on with the Seoul Finale show... which was even more confirmed by Dabin through this documentary. That being said, from the very first stop of the world tour to the final shows in Seoul, DPR gave all Dreamers an amazing and unforgettable experience. But my heart hurts knowing that they went through hell behind the scenes. I am glad they got to get rid of their major cause of stress. I am also happy that Ian and Dabin now have more professional and sincere people in their respective teams, who not only have relevant experience to help out in production and the business side of things but also serve as great mental and emotional support (for the record, I know Dabin didn't leave DPR, but this is me respecting his decision that his main focus now is being artist Hong Dabin from the label CTYL). And of course, these guys will always have each other's back. Especially Ian and Dabin, friends for more than a decade. I am rooting for DPR and for Dabin to get what is rightfully his. JRE, your subtle shock was felt. Don't feel guilty because you didn't know things, what matters is that you have their backs.
I’m so grateful for dabin for letting us in with such a vulnerable and emotional time in his life. Dabin is more of a private person compared to Christian, but it just shows how much of an impact this whole thing had on him. I hope Dabin is healing, we’ll heal together Dabin ♥️ Thank you for sharing a part of your world with us. I’m so very proud of you
Just really sad to know that while many of us were having the time of our lives at REGIME Tour, it was one of the toughest tours for the crew with everything happening internally :( They were true professionals, bringing everything on stage as artists and true performers. I just wish they would all find healing from all the pain, that their next tour wouldn't take such a toll on them and things work out. We rooting for you Dabin, Ian and DPR crew!!
That episode was so hard to watch. It's great that he's opening up about this and sharing the struggles and hopefully also placing more boundaries, prioritising his mental health and healing through his art.
After watching the documentary, (I already love DPR Live) this made me LOVE Dabin even more! It gives insight of what artists go through and as fans we should also respect their boundaries. I’m sad I didn’t go to the Regime tour but I’m definitely going a Dabin concert and Ian concert respectively! I’m excited for this chapter in their lives! 💕
Honestly, this documentary broke my heart. All I want is for our artists happiness and wellbeing. I sobbed for like 20 minutes lmao. Music has been my life and it has helped me thrrough so many downs. I''m currently dealing with a lot of depression and anxiety and music has been what has got me through these hard times. Dabins and Ians have been a huge help this time around. I never know if I'll be able to meet them and thank them for everything they do so the best I can do is support them. I know that being in the industry is rough and then the stuff with Scott probably made everything so much harder for Dabin and Ian. As fans we typically only see the more positive side of our favorite artists lives and truly dont know what they go through. I appreciate Dabin showing us a side of his reality. Its a reminder to remember that everyone is human and we all have struggles.
It's truly a good reminder that we will never know what goes behind the scenes. It's all been very shocking and heartbreaking, yet I'm very hopeful and excited for a better future. It seems like all the pieces are fitting together and we're getting a bigger picture and explanation on certain things. I'm glad Dabin is able to show this side and expose everything. Justice needs to be served. Their artistry and everything they've built from the scratch deserves to be praised and they deserve the money that they've earned with all the hard work. I hope they will always remember that we have their back ❤️
Im late to the show sorry but boy, am i here. I fell in love with DPR music organically, not knowing anything about them, just listening to more music by the same artists and then went down the blissful rabbit hole of all the albums, MVs, lyric meaning, lives, etc. I just went to the DPR Dream Reborn tour in Sept 2024 & was upset i wouldn't get to experience Dabin live. Yet, Ian has my heart lol I am continually mind blown by DPR's creativity, dope music, and openness/connection with fans. Shout out to Artic & Cream too. However, as much as I want Dabin to come back home to DPR, I have to respect him and trust in the process. Im just a fan and trying to support him in anyway but his respect, his music, his money, his mental/emotional well-being comes first. i will wait to see what comes next while rocking out and streaming the hell out of the freAKING AMAZING Giggles album. (btw Jre, this reaction video was pure and i loved it. as friends we can only do so much but im sure u r refreshing to them when ya link up. ur emotions speak volumes of ur love)
Jre that 2-part docu that you made with DPR made me a fan of these guys! I knew after watching that ill be supporting them im case they happen to show up in my city and they did! Ive made so many dreamer friends since then! It just breaks my heart to know all the bs that happens behind the scenes and i myself felt cheated to know that all that money i spent is not ending up in the right pocket! Im happy to know that they are comfortable enough to put this out there bec this is for sure not the first time an artist gets cheated on with money.. sad part is Rem is supposed to be a part of them like family.
I had such a blast at their Florida concert and to know they were struggling 😢. I’m looking forward to Dabin’s new chapter and can’t wait to see what new projects Ian and him release in the future. Rooting for them both ❤❤
I'm about to go watch the documentary now that I've your reaction. But you never know how someone is unless they're able to trust you enough to open up about their true feelings Jre so don't beat yourself up. All you can do is just be there when they're ready to open up to you.
I went to their Boston and NY show. It was a great experience but to me the vibe just seemed strange. People were passing out and getting crushed in each show. I can’t imagine how stressful it could’ve been for them. Christian stopped the music every time someone was passing out. And this was after they recovered from Covid from Florida (idk I’m guessing). I was shocked that the dates were still available for the towns I was going to. But you could’ve just looked at them and see the exhaustion.
Really quick recap rem/Scott was friends with Christian and dabin for YEARS like 10+ almost. Scott helped build DPR up; he was also the ceo of DPR and another company, Regime International. But turns out during the tour he made choices on his own without consulting dabin or ian, tricked dabin it signing a contract with regime international AND stole money from them. So it’s a huge betrayal of Scott and I can only imagine the pain they were (and probably still) going through :/
Scott (DPR REM) stole 3.6 million dollars from the 4 million that dabin earned from his concerts from 2017 until 2022, leaving dabin only 8% of the money (320,000 dollars)
I’m rooting for Dabin to win the lawsuit. He doesn’t deserve what happened to him at all. I want him to be him unapologetically

OH snap I was hoping for more DPR content and seeing JRE talk about Dabin.
I am so thankful with his candidness both with this album and this documentary
I hope you and Dabin do an album breakdown vid together or something soon

it is sad, that no more DPR we gang gang chant in upcoming concert. 88rising release their lineup in HITC NY no DPR lineup 😔
Honestly, I'm still trying to figure out what is going on. I just recently got into DPR and Khip-hop, so I am so lost
