This is the prelude in C from Bach. The ave maria (from Gounod) is played on top of it. Usually played by a violon.

"Prelude in C" is not its title, "Prelude No. 1 from The Well-Temepered Clavier, Frist Book" is. Bach composed at least 100 "preludes in C"...
