Is it a dictation? You always fumble to utter words without giving the hints of full stop. I am not saying about your pronunciation. But I would like to say that you should not pause in the middle of the dictation which would be difficult to follow or mark the full stop or commas. Do not mind. I am a man of 56 years taking dictation regularly and presently, serving in a government sector as Senior PA. I am very habituated to take note from Kailash Chandra through internet. But, today my experience is not good as I for the first time, took note from you. You should modify yourself to take note of the points I mentioned earlier. Please.
Yes, it is a dictation. If you're in Government Sector, then you must be aware that every authority/official you are attached with has a unique style of dictating dictations. In that senario, our dictations would be useful. Except SSC, no other authority cares about dictating according to convenience of a student or employee. It is better to practice all sorts of dictations. Sometimes with punctuation indications and sometimes without it. Apart from it, we would like to bring to your kind notice that most of our other dictations have been dictated without breaking the words which can be written simultaneously.
