I have visited many Romanian cities thanks to TH-cam. My favourite is Resita, even though it lacks a historic centre. The communist buildings are not as ugly as elsewhere in the country, it is a green city and, for its size, it has a decent public transport system. From what I have read, it now has a good private hospital. Too bad it's rather isolated, too far from major airports.
