In today’s video, I’m diving into the vibrant world of green banana leaves with a twist of textured magic! 🍃✨
I brought this tropical vibe to life on an MDF board, but feel free to use canvas if that’s more your style. To create a stunning backdrop, I used ready-made sandstone texture paste and mixed it with some wood chips for an earthy, rustic touch. Don't worry, I grabbed the texture from the store-no need to make it from scratch!
For the leaves, I combined the texture with lush green acrylics, layering the texture with color for a rich, dimensional look. Once the texture dries, you can go back over it with more acrylic paint for extra depth and vibrancy.

Materials You’ll Need:
Sandstone texture paste
MDF board (30 x 40 cm)
Flat & round brushes
Wood chips (optional but fun!)
