    Gymnastics is so hard that people as young as you are already considered "old" in the sport.
    So I love to see you training for the olympic games again.

    Do you mainly build routine endurance by doing routines? Or do you have a pommel endurance program doing circles?

      Little bit of both but mainly doing full routines and half’s 👍
