@@B3J2AL ohhhhhhhhh ok ok yes I was doing a rewatch of that scene and she did mention how old was hard for her to come back here because of that she wanted to help her. Thank you for clarifying that though!!!
Another great reaction. 1. I was waiting to see a connection between the younger and older versions of Valya. Young Valya was ANGRY, but older Valya is calm and in control. Well, the moment she's back home with her uncle we see Valya at first unsettled almost asking Tula to come be with her and then at the end the real Valya comes out-the bug eyes, the delusion, screaming about strength, everything! For the first time the two versions of Valya became one. Young Valya is still in there, she's just buried deep and no one triggers us like family. 2. Whatever sister Theodosia is, it's clear she's hiding it and she hates shapeshifting. She very clearly said it was her one condition when joining the sisterhood that she never has to shapeshift. 3. That entire final scene was incredible-the writing, acting and the final wtf reveal. Valya running to hug Griffin was low key heart breaking and Theodosia/Griffin's exchange with Valya was beautiful. Every line had a double meaning, "I understand what it took for you took come back here", "If you're willing to make this sacrifice, so will I", "Did I push you too far?" "Everyone makes their own decisions, so did I". Each line refers to both Theo and Griffin. It was beautifully done, this show is operating on another level.
Thank you we appreciate you for watching. Your whole first point that you made about valyas younger and older self is an amazing point and I didn’t even take that in. You really do see through the series how calm she is and as soon as she went back home, it’s like she couldn’t even control her emotions and her younger self came out. Second your third point about the final scene is also on point I didn’t take in the dialogue at first because I was so shocked at the shape shifting but when I rewatch the scene again, I was able to take in the dialogue between them a lot better and I appreciated the scene a lot more!!! I am really excited for the final 2 episodes!!!
@@B3J2AL LOL mother superior was ready to save the day and the rebellion was about to start and he said nawww that’s not happening to both of those plans LOL
7:01 - yes, the blue eyes are definitely not Paul's - they are most definitely of a thinking machine; as you said, notice the voice is robotic/machine-like, so that pretty much confirms it. The question is : Is Desmond the reckoning or Lila? At first I though it's Desmond - something happened (not sure what yet) when the worm "ate" him and he got his "gift' - I'm suspecting Desmond is at least part-thinking machine, maybe he knows it, maybe he doesn'tt yet,and that's the plot twist of the show. Then, when Lila died, I immediately thought - oh its a red herring for us to think Desmond is the reckoning, but in fact-it is Lila. "born twice-once in blood once in spice" alludes to Lila - born in blood- we are all, as humans, born in blood (the birth giving process) but also here we have a 2nd meaning - Valya killed Lila's mother (Dorothea is Lila's mom, Raquella is her grandmom) so essentially, Lila is born in blood (the murder of her mother) and then ofc when Tula put her in the thinking machine she pumped her up with spice to revive her aka "born in spice" . So I def thought Lila is the reckoning. When she was undergoing the agony, her mom possesses and kills her as revenge for herself being murdered by Valya. I thought Lila will come back to life and will be going on a rampage bc she will now know the truth. But in this last episode, the flashback they show us of Desmond being swallowed by the worm, it confused me so the idea that Desmond is the reckoning is still on the table for me - maybe he got somehow modified to be (at least part, if not whole) thinking machine, and was sent (not sure by whom?) to be swallowed by the worm intentionally (and he killed/blew up the worm from the worms insides??) - notice how they focus on his "weird eye" - maybe that's the thinking machine blue-light eye???? But also notice how all the girls had the visions, expect for Jan, who was the only one against Lila undergoing the agony. I think Lila is messing with the acolytes, expect for Jan, bc Jan warned her not to do it, so Lila respects her and doesn't want to hurt her. Also, notice how when Tula said "Anirul wake up" (which is what they named the thinking machine) Lila appeared? I believe Lila is dead and the thinking machine uses her body now - aka the machine has transferred itself into Lila's human body . So all of this leaves me confused as to who is the reckoning - but I love it lol! Just my thoughts. :) Great reactions, guys. xoxo

@@CorreiaChronicles But I think that @andymagdal is right that the blue eyes in the vision are thinking machine.
