Housing in most areas of Alberta are affordable and attainable but I would encourage people to ask why that is so compared to other regions in Canada. It comes at a trade off. What situations, demographics and geography that make you happy may not make me Happy. To put things into perspective you can get a detached home in Windsor Ontario for $300,000. Ontario doesn't automatically mean unaffordable, it depends where. ❤
