I think Jana’s friend needed to hear from her mom, and that is why the friend received a message. But Jana did get confirmation about her daughter; and I think for Jana, the reference to her daughter was what mattered to her.
This is why other people, especially those unrelated, do not sit in on these sessions. She can say how happy she was to have her session help others but she missed out and somewhere that’s frustrating. It’s called being generous to a fault.
