Paul Finebaum showed his usual SEC bias, was owned by Desmond Howard, Kirk Herbstreit & David Pollack after trying to minimize the success of the Florida State football team.
Afterwards when trying to get a word in he is just ignored.
Later he makes a fool of himself again when discussing Heisman candidates and Desmond calls for his voting privileges to be pulled.
Anyone that has kept up with Finebaum knows that while he can run a good talk show, very good, he knows very little about the X's and O's, its all story lines to him.
He certainly doesn't talk much about the X's and O's, which is surprising considering he extensively covered them early in his career.

Turns out in 2021 the college football polls have Alabama at number 3, with one loss every other team is undefeated # 1 UGA # 2 Cincinnati and # 4 OU( Oklahoma). It's definitely about reputation with Alabama.

Wow, if this was 2013, then the only survivor was Florida state. OSU lost to MSU in the Big 10 championship game then to Clemson in the orange bowl. Alabama lost to Auburn then to Oklahoma in the sugar bowl. Oregon lost to Stanford then some other team. Stanford lost to MSU in the rose bowl. Only FSU ended up in the top 5 after these rankings.

I'm a Clemson fan. I saw the game they played against us. As if their huge win over us wasn't enough, they went on to be undefeated, and I'd argue that they were one of the greatest teams to play college ball.
Either Auburn was severely underrated, or FSU played poorly against them, considering how they dismantled Clemson early in the year. Anyway, they went 14-0, so.
