Had my XL100 almost as long as yours, bought mine Feb. 2020. I've never had a flat, also never had to replace any cables or any parts for that matter. But the front tire does have the tendency to slide, that's why I replaced the font tire with a rear tire from another xl100. It's also my first bike. Mine currently has 10k kilometers on it. maybe I don't ride as often as you do. have fun with your new bike :)
