Wasnt G4 seraph supposed to give power (5k for every 2 imprisoned) and crit to the entire front row? I'm pretty sure there was more than 10 cards in the prison. Did I miss something?

They did. They front row got +35 and +1 critical. The final attack hit for 6 criticals. They just didn't mark it very well.

Red marks(power/crit/drive check) markers means whole front and black markers means 1 unit

No, shes the only card that attacks the deck. you can order the card or just not run her and run other stuff

I've seen most people run Terquoise in her place. It isn't as good but it messes with the opponents board.
