    Great detailed video. My problem. I wear glasses, putting on and taking off frequently.
    Tried Signia five years ago. Disaster with ric style constantly coming off when removing glasses. Which style seems best suited for glasses wearers. Thanks

      Probably something in-the-ear, like Signia Silk, here's a video review by a customer of ours: th-cam.com/video/C71nwjuHwUk/w-d-xo.html

      I have the Widex SmartRIC 440 and do not experience a problem with putting on and taking off glasses, which I frequently do. For me, the trick is this. When putting on the glasses, put the glasses over the hearing aids with a downward motion. When taking them off, pull them straight forward. I have zero problem with dislodging the SmartRICs with this method. Good luck.

    No controls on the Smart RIC, Only way to turn off is to put them in the charger. So if I was to put them in my dryer they will be on and squealing. Is that correct?

      There should be a button on each device near the top. You can press and hold that button to switch off the device! Make sure you subscribe@. th-cam.com/users/Ziphearing?sub_confirmaton=1

    what would be recommended for single sided tinnitus, with no hearing loss? I was recommended evoke 50 but downside it is not rechargeable, any equivalent rechargeable model?

      Probably the Widex Moment 110, it's the newer version, comes rechargeable, and does have tinnitus therapy: www.ziphearing.com/widex-moment?

    I have Moment 440, and the stupid wires keep breaking every week or so. I'm careful with them, too. I love the Bluetooth and got behind the ear. I love the app too. But I am stick of cheap wires! I had to get them amplified too. Mine are 440's and my batteries last 2 days. I use the Widex moment app. I love it. Just crazy pissed off at wires breaking. I'm deaf without them. Mine use 312 batteries. I'm really concerned. These are the BEST so I was told by my audiologist. I got eczema in my ears too withing the last 3 months. Its hell. Just utter hell. Inhighly recommended the 440. But please... thicker wires would be nice! Mine always seem to break at the beginning of a weekend which means I'm totally deaf until Monday or Tuesday.

      Hi there! So, please don't get mad for what I am about to say...Is it possible that the wire issue is a user issue? It sounds like they keep breaking a lot, but if it were one or two times i would totally understand that it could be a manufacturing issue. However, since it is a repeat occurrence it leads me to think that you may be handling them incorrectly? Talk to your hearing provider and maybe you two can solve the riddle! Why is the evoke better for SSD?

    • @Ziphearing
      @Ziphearing  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Because it has a CROS transmitter that works with it, meaning it'll capture sound from one side of the head and transfer it over to be heard in the other ear.

      220 is just a tech level, not a model, here's a video on the tech levels: th-cam.com/video/2K40leSG8AQ/w-d-xo.html
