Hmm... I have stayed in Hougang for more than 20 years.... the two noodles stalls are ok only lar. On top of that, ah ma chi mian can be found in quite a few places. Let me recommend this noodle stall next to Xinmin Primary School. It's only open in the morning till 2 pluz. $3 per bowl and definitely filling. Do go and support the lady boss if u r near by.
Al Falah's pratas are really good! However, I also do agree with Benzo that the prata differs in "quality" in the day and at night. I usually go after 9pm and the prata is really good then. Tried once during the day and told myself never again xd Also, why did y'all not try out Sin Heng Kee?
Yall go there area and never recommend sin heng kee porridege? or even the nasi ayam at the same coffeeshop as ah ma chi mian? the kway chap at the same coffeehop as gimme face is so much better.
If you guys want to do more of North East side, then you guys should try the food in Koufu Cookhouse at Waterway Point, or the Thasevi Food at Jalan Kayu shophouse
The prata standard has dropped! Last time one is shiok, can't stop eating. Only their chilli is nice up to date. If this is the Hougang mee series, why you all didn try the wanton mee instead?!? Tsk!
This is probably the worst series from wah banana. I can see lot of things being copied from food King which is not bad because it is still the benchmark but copying it badly is noticeable. I hope they make this series unique and doesn't feel like comparison with the best show.
I don’t think worth recommending / going as most of the store are franchises store as i saw it at others place. You guys didn’t really source deeply what are the best balls shop and pricing are not even heartland. After watching. I can’t stop thinking if this an paid advertising vlog/video

Agreed, they should try the Kway Chap. Owner did not increase the price despite rising costs, just to cater to the elderlies
