I own this game only to play rugal. This is his best iteration, and I can't see kof giving him these tools and combo pathing in the future

Rugal podrá no ser el jefe más poderoso en 2002 UM, pero vaya que le ayudó mucho que le dieran anywhere juggle properties a sus movimientos.

El Kaiser Phoenix/Final 4:36 se puede controlar para que la última Kaiser Wave deje en Juggle al oponente, como en el combo de al final???
Controlar no ... solo toca estar atento al último tipo de Káiser para terminar o seguir como gustes

Rugal es el mas Roto de todos incluso que aquí esta prohibido por su increíble "injusticia" & estos combos solo muestra mas porque fue prohibido 😆

La respuesta es que no, un personaje tan tramposo como igniz en el juego de kof 2001, te hace pensar que Rugal al menos te gana con argumentos, en cambio igniz y geonitz te ganaban con SDMS sacados del orto.
