I was born in the '60s. My main music era was 1970-80. MTV came out in the '80s but we couldn't get it at home. We had to watch it when we visited my grandmother. It was funny, my aunts and uncles and grandparents distracted my parents while we watched MTV. It was great. I lived in a very Christian home so Lawrence Welk and Hee Haw were risky for our home.
For me watching this video as a kid close to my parents was a psychological torture. This one and "Walking the dog" from Karyn White too. Exciting and forbiden.
