The obobo(stew) is so mouthwatering you can't go to igalas occasion and say you weren't given food alhamdulillah for that our parents are trying Masha Allah omaye
Basically, it’s like washing her off singlehood and welcoming her into the husband's family..it's mostly done by the groom’s family a night before the wedding fathia.
