Had me laughing hysterically at the alarm clock that would allow someone to wake up to the sound of ... wait for it... a moose, a loon, a boar, a duck, deer rattle... oh my gosh... my husband would have snagged this in a heartbeat. Thank goodness he wasn't there to see it. And I'll be 100% sure that he never ever knows it exists!!! OMGosh... too funny honey!! That Barbie doll case was more modern in graphic design than the one my sister had (and never got handed down to me... hmmm) but the overall design of the one that my sister had was exactly the same. The interior is identical. Yours looked to be in really good condition. My sister was born in 1955, so my guess is that her case was late 50's-early 60's. We NEVER went on a family vacation without it!!! Thanks for the flash-backs (I mean memories... truly). The graphics on the case you found looked to be more '70's, don't you think? Fun car haul. My first choice in sticker residue is always just some warm to hot soapy water.... like dawn dish soap. It usually works for me... if not, bring in the reinforcements. However, as you say, depending on what gem you're cleaning... being picky is the best way to go. Hug and goodnight, Penny Sue
Rubbing any cooking oil on the tape residue will remove it, then just wash normally after. If someone came up to me and scared me like Wendel did, they would've ended up on the floor 🤣 You were quite composed, even if you did swear. That was very cheeky of him🤪
That Wendal you should be working on your revenge asap ha!ha!. Love the glasses great haul. The squirrel is so sweet and adorable. I just wish our charity shops near me did less clothing and more hard goods. They really are small shops we have. Much love to you and that naughty Wendal from Scotland. xx

Lemon oil or olive oil either one work for tape residue if you let it soak for just a bit and does not hurt the paint

Back in my 20s i worked at a book shipping center. We used pledge on a cloth rag to remove old price tags...could work?!

I always use an alcohol pad to remover sticky stuff. If that worries you to use…peanut butter or oil will also work. All three need to sit on the residue for 10 minutes or so. Well, the alcohol should work pretty much immediately. Let me know if those work…you might start with the PB….seems the safest to not remove the color.

Have you tried Goo Gone for sticker residue?
I think I heard a blow-dryer on residue makes it easy to rub off.
I have done that with shipping labels on boxes I wanted to reuse, and it works great!
Hi, Nateesha! You found the space age sugar and creamer-how cool! Loved the glasses with the trees on them. Wicker would be lacquered to prevent moisture absorption in a bathroom, which would weaken it, and cause mildew. I bought some crystal decanters for bubble bath and bath oil-they look pretty on the vanity. Fun trip, even if Wendell is bad! 🤣 Thanks, and safe travels! ❤️

I think sometimes they look better in the video than they actually are. I do have to get them done fairly often, usually after I’ve cleaned a big haul of items to list.
Don't know where you live but dollar tree has goo gone. Works great
Goo Gone works well - I once got gum off a car with it…. It’s petroleum based so it shouldn’t ruin it…also you missed one of those pretty glass flowers with the curly glass stdm
