I just used a trick " putting 1 troop in attack and surrender this was how I farmed the elixir gold was not that hard bcz of only one upgrade mortar to lvl 9 , using this trick I got 3 million in 14 min of surrendering and attacking hope this helps u😅
On PC I always went into the options menu (Shift+Tab) and changed the game resolution because that also lead to an instant reload. If you don't want to use a second device it's pretty useful to know.
Another great thing about this farming method is that you can max your walls at high builder halls, like 8,9or 10 in just 4hours. This will then boost your defense and will get you more trophies and therefore more loot fopr every attack

thanks for the tips! i was hesitant doing this because of the trophy but im gonna say goodbye to it anyway after getting 6th builder so why not.
Some say level up 1 wall to 9 is enough for defence
2:24 it literally says in the text that upgrading a walk to lvl 9 doesn't work
