So when Season 5 dropped, pirate pufferfish became obtainable from the pirate pack. I think that is why it also says 0%

That is correct. While the Pirate Pufferfish is now a drop in the Pirate Pack, internally the blook is still an "unobtainable" Aquatic Chroma.

@@ruler_rey0927 It was originally intended for Aquatic Pack but was unobtainable, and was made obtainable for the Pirate Pack in Season 5.
Thats happened before for some reason you get an aquatic pack when you hit it that means you can guarantee the chroma
