When they announced the mitigation effects (Splat, Bullet Shield, etc), I expected WAAAAAAAAAAAY more funny clips of cheaters being caught and having those things done to them. I can count on ONE hand, how many times I've seen it in the past year, and still have 5 fingers left over.
