6:38 These small trim weight pockets most common use is to mitigate your trim in the roll attitude. For example if you install a 19cf pony tank to the side of your primary dive cylinder your can add a two lb weight in the opposing side pocket to level our your roll attitude.

6:28 Tank neck strap is to aid (make it easier on the diver during preparation) in setting your BCD at the desired height in respect to the tank valve and primary 1st stage regulator. You can easily adjust this strap prior to bulking the tank cam band strap.
