I use to work for Gemini and it was 40 hrs guaranteeing at first. But I got the guarantee my second time it was 36 hrs hours. So I believe it has change at 412 store it was slow and with 7 drivers at the time I work there. People get hrs but they ride the clock so hard and management acts like they don't care but then complain about people riding the clock. Tell people to drive to Charlotte to get a load for $0.01 cheaper fuel can't get product then they send them to Selma so much wasted money at Gemini. Probably one reason why they cut the bonuses and you use to get 250 a month now it is 200 a month for safty bonus.
That may be true in some ways but also people making more because I know at least in North Carolina and Virginia people have been fired for just bullshittin all day. I know for a fact in Virginia can't remember who it was one driver or multiple drivers they were letting companies bypass them at the rack where they can get more time a company called in on the driver and he was fired. Every region is different. The region I worked in people getting more money because they ride the clock. They dishing out tons of money for overtime that's why they made the cuts.
