Honestly really impressed. Early today Marty was like "404 is not cypress, we are their equals". He really turned around and acted as a real leader to his boys. Makes me wonder what changed his mind.

In the normal gang structure, if the OG tells you he is taking all your Washing Machines or Heist Money, you either give or die. The fact that they can get assured and trackable income without doing much of the work, is something they dont appreciate. In CG, BST, and Manor there have been people stealing gang money, nobody wanting to clean or work. The fact that they are afraid to lose their own Crew's resources when asked by the Higher Levels, means they are no longer willing to sacrifice for the whole structure. If you are unwilling to trust those above you, may as well stop the cap and go your own way.
Love the character development, a big thing Lang is tryna do as well is not make things so cliqe focused. They can still be boys but also work with and get to know the rest of the gang. Look how well they get along wit Tony and Lyiah

It will ALWAYS be cliquey. The Cypress structure is created to be that way whether Lang likes to admit it or not since they want to be present 24/7 across all timezones. And 404 bois specifically are the most cliquey group and they are successfuly because of it.

After all of the confusion & conversations, Marty handled this with his crew pretty well. Lang woke up on some “my way or highway” type shit. Now, I love him but Lang’s communication is confusing. He will have a clear vision in his head of an idea, but when he tells someone else about it, he assumes they’re a mind reader. He will leave huge holes in a very vague story, then get frustrated or confused as to why his clear picture has been misunderstood or unclear. It's chopped because they take all the risks, pay all the resources, and thenare required to fork over 50% of what they rob from these heists. In addition, people like Vito and his group are able to siphon off their resources and just spam heists over and over further wasting resources from what the bois worked hard to acquire.

Because Hydra and CG clap anyone they war with. Can't be the most succesful gang if other gangs can bully you. Which is probably why Hydra is the most succesful gang at the moment, they are big in numbers, organised and active, and good in wars.
What Cypress lacks is the disconnect between leaders and members. The reason why CG and Hydra are as successful as they are is because they have 100% trust and have each other's back. Whereas Cypress is paranoia RP every other week (though, it makes for good entertainment).

They totally will pay the electric bills. This is why they want all the Butcoin and cleaning consolidated at the crew level rather than subcrews. Then they can get an accurate view of expenses and profits each subcrew is making, and also allows resources like the butcoin to be shared across all the sub crews. This is also the whole reason the crew takes a cut of earnings. The benefit is the crew will pay for expenses and upkeep using crew money.
